Makole International is a 100% black-owned diverse African Investment Holding Company. It was formed by Mr. Tshepo Bokaba who acts as Chairman and President of the group.
Executive Summary
In 2015, Makole International combined with Nembe Holdings, Incorporated to strengthen its expertise in mining and financial matters and opened its first office in Gauteng. Since then, the company has expanded throughout the exponentially throughout South Africa.
Makole International is a multi-faceted holding company. It was formed three years ago, and at that stage, it had only one company under its holding. It has now added two more companies and will continue to add either by acquisition or organic growth.
The activities in the holding companies range from Construction, Mining Operations, imports of product not available in South Africa, Protective Clothing (PPE), Investments – Listed/Unlisted entities, Defence systems and Rail systems and solutions.
